年末大掃除、自宅洗面台の下の奥～の方から、
たくさん洗剤が出てきました。
もう何年も使っていないのですが、
大掃除だし、使うか…
とも一瞬考えたが、ヤメタ。
ぜんぶ捨てることにしました。
化学合成洗剤を使わなくなって、
今は石鹸、重曹、クエン酸の
エコお掃除生活です。
話題になっていたから、
重曹を興味半分で使ってみたら、
あら、落ちるじゃないの。
値段も、今まで買ってたものは何だったの？
とバカバカしいほど安い。
それをきっかけに石鹸、クエン酸とデビューし、
使い方がよく分からないので
よさげな教科書も買ってみて（これがアタリ！）
以前買った合成洗剤たちはお蔵入りに。
久々に嗅いでみると、合成洗剤の香りは強い。
ツンと鼻につき、毒々しそうです。
うーん、どんな成分か分からないけれども、
これが床や家具から揮発したら
体に悪そうだな、ということは感じました。
使えるものを捨てるなんて…と
貧乏性の心は痛みましたが、
もう永遠に使わないし、
自分が毒だと思うものを
人にあげたりするのもどうかな？と思って、
一気に捨てることにしました。
これだけの量がなくなると、
洗面台の下は一気にすっきりしました。
仏教では、「捨てる」ことは大事。
捨てるという言葉が悪ければ「手放す」。
自分の人生にとって毒になるものは、
手放していいのです。
怒りや妬みや不安の心を捨てる。
有害物質も捨てる。
取っておいてもしょうがない。
家も心もお掃除した気分の、
年末大掃除でした。

When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Thanks!
